“Praise the Lord and pass the clay and canvas that Channel 4 have found enough in the coffers to commission Grayson Perry for another series of Grayson’s Art Club.” Guardian (Five stars)

“It was a reminder that art isn’t just about galleries and ostentation but that it can cut to the heart of human experience.” The Telegraph

Grayson invites viewers to join his Art Club for a second time. Full to the brim of celebrity guests, world-renowned artists and public participants, the series will see Grayson speak with his guests as they share insights into their creative processes and art work they’ve created. Alongside a selection of art made by the amateur artists from across the Nation, Grayson and Philippa will once again be getting their hands dirty and creating their own works in response to a set of exciting themes.

The first celebrity guests who’ll be creating brand new works of art in response to Grayson’s themes are musician Boy George, illusionist Derren Brown, actor Russell Tovey, presenters Sue Perkins and Konnie Huq, and comedians Johnny Vegas and Mawaan Rizwan. Food writer and television chef Nigella Lawson will be giving Grayson a helping hand during food week to select some of the public submissions whilst pop-star Sophie Ellis-Bextor will also make a guest appearance in Dreams week.

Grayson will also be paying a virtual visit to fellow artists’ studios including Yinka Illori, David Bailey, Rose Wylie, Sir Frank Bowling and Ryan Gander.

You can now upload your art at graysonsartclub.com

The themes for the new series are:

Family, Nature, Food, Dreams, Work, Travel

On graysonsartclub.com you’ll also be able to find more information about deadlines for submissions, the exhibition at Manchester Art Gallery, and links to the first series.

Please note: all submissions for Grayson’s Art Club must be made through graysonsartclub.com Submissions emailed or posted to us will not be accepted for consideration.
