Neil Crombie

Neil is Co-Founder and Creative Director of Swan Films.

He is a double BAFTA-winning Director, Producer, and an Executive Producer who works across all of Swan’s output.

Neil’s credits include Executive Producer of landmark six-part series American High School, and Series Director of BAFTA-nominated Grayson Perry: Rites of Passage, his fourth series with the artist following the BAFTA-nominated and double RTS-winning Grayson Perry: All Man, BAFTA, RTS and Grierson-winning Grayson Perry: Who Are You?, and the BAFTA and Grierson-winning All in the Best Possible Taste. In 2015 Neil was also nominated for Best Factual Director at the BAFTA Craft Awards.

Neil has worked across documentary, specialist factual and drama-documentary, and with onscreen talent including Matt Collings (This is Civilisation and What is Beauty?), Howard Jacobson (The Genius of British Art) and Amanda Vickery (At Home with the Georgians).
