Swan Films is delighted to announce that we are now partnering with Creative Access to provide a paid trainee researcher position for a young person from a Black, Asian or minority ethnic background.
Creative Access is a charity founded in 2012 to help tackle the under-representation of ethnic minorities in the media sector.
The successful candidate will be given a paid six-month trainee researcher position at Swan Films, where they’ll be trained and mentored, working across both development and production. The trainee-ship will commence at the beginning of September.
Swan Films fully supports the work of Creative Access, and the belief that the media cannot reflect society if society is not reflected in the media.
